This works fine for me
it was just what I expected, i gave it four stars because there must be a fancier one somewhere, but this does everything I expected a tripod to do. So I was just leaving room for the really expensive alternative.

Sturdy and Reliable
Purchased this for my husband to use on his job sites. No complaints or issues with it. Works great. Very sturdy. Easy to use.

Smaller than a usual survey tripod.
This tripod is smaller than the ones we currently use for surveying. It will still work since I will only be using it to set my GPS Base on.
