Has its place but it’s very hard and can injure students
Good quality. Only issue is it is very hard. When you train with it you have to be extremely careful not to cut, contusion or flat out knock your student out.

It's Not A Marksmanship Trainer
The main purpose for this review is that I've seen some people review this item that have no idea what it is they ordered. This is a hard plastic/rubber replica of an M4. It is molded plastic/rubber. It doesn't have sights. You don't use it to train marksmanship. Is it hard? Sure is. So are real guns. If you're training hand to hand with guns that bend, you're not doing your students any favors. I use it for rifle PT and for road marching PT when I want to simulate holding a rifle without alarming citizens.

Great Product, Obnoxious Smell
The blue AR-15 was as expected in terms of decent weight and durability for training. The downside was that the packaging and the blue gun smelled of an obnoxious men's cologne type of odor. It smells like some man has rubbed his cologne all over the gun. Why?! Dawn soap did the trick of capturing the odor molecules and rinsing it with water removed it. Good product otherwise. Yuck on the odor.

I love toys, and this is a great training toy. Very durable, good weight, feel and proper size, Just too expensive for what it is.

How can you train without sights?
This thing doesn't have sights. How do you sell a training tool that doesn't have the required features needed to do that training?
