Strong flavor
It's nothing like vanilla extract, it's maple flavor, personally not crazy about the flavor and not necessarily this product. Brand name is well known. Add only little bit to recipe. It has overwhelming flavor.

This maple extract smells and tastes heavenly! I used it in place of vanilla in a banana and oats recipe and the result was wonderful - and you only need half as much flavoring. This 2 ounce size bottle was a real bargain.
