Is perfect for physical therapy place, or for home therapy, light weight.

It won't work without the ultrasound gel. The instructions were a little confusing, but there's a video on youtube that explains how to use it.

Giving it 3 star because of the customer service, I called soo many times asking for a manual for the settings, showing the correct setting for like cellulite, fat and they kinda put the cart in front of the horse... So they send you a manual for power consumption and output but nothing in setting and when should you expect results. Then on the only manual they send you again showing power only has their logo in big black letters covering the page and words so you have to guess the sentences.. All videos explaining machine in portugués.

I like that it is lightweight and portable. The settings are not preset which would save time when applying treatment.
