So awkwardly cut. Leg holes are SUPER tight on me. These must be designed for potato shaped people. Fat through the middle with skinny legs. I'm a fit middle aged guy with big thighs and a bladder that no longer works after having some cancerous tumors removed. Guess I'm still looking for a solution.

This is the best diaper cover ups I have ever used. They are really sturdy and don't tear or get holes like others I've used, such as Klienert Brand. I highly recommend this product.

I use them. Now for two months. Compared with plastic pants these are much more comfortable never had a leak. Easy to wash. And since it has a sort of cloth outside nobody sees that your wearing a plastic pants. Bought another one arrived today. I am 220lbs and 6ft1 bought a XL
