Mega food vitamins the Best
Mega food is a top brand multi food based vitamin. I’ve been taking them for years. It’s just a decades onto that. Knowing that they are food based lends to feeling great as opposed to with the synthetic vitamins creating nausea is not my idea of good so if you’re in the market for a great vitamin mega food is the way to go.

Excellent Formulation
They put a coating on the tablet that makes it taste good. I usually prefer a capsule to a tablet, but the coating makes it taste better. I just started taking it today. The tablet and packaging looks very similar to a Natures Plus vitamin. The Mega food multivitamin has an excellent formula and I would buy again.

Can take on an empty stomach is great
These vitamins have been very easy to swallow. I like it that I don’t have to take them with food and can take him at any time. At this point, I have not experienced an upset stomach at all, which is very positive.
