If you are interested in making your own mustard this is a great product to buy. I also ordered a dark brown mustard seed to blend with it. Love a whole grain German style mustard and this makes it possible for me to make it fresh and at a reasonable price. Makes great homemade and hostess gifts for others.

Bought this as I wanted to make homemade mustard. The price was great for the amount of mustard you get! It is a food service sized container. But this just allows me to make that much more mustard! The mustard is flavorful and has a little bite to it. I am currently letting the mustard recipe I made age for another week before I get to try it, but it looks great!

USED MY REGULAR RECIPE. SOAKED THESE SEEDS FOR 24, THEN 48, AND THEN FOR A WHOLE WEEK. WOULD NOT RE-HYDRATE. WORTHLESS NON RETURNABLE BUT AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. GUESS I'LL USE FOR CHICKEN FEED
