Appears to be of good and sturdy quality. Not sure how much health benefit this kind of roller gives, but it is much easier to use than those foam rollers you have to lie or rest your limb on. And definitely much cheaper than having someone come around to give your affected part a massage. Though not as much fun. Possibly.

The handles slide off whenever you apply a lot of pressure to the area you’re massaging. Poor build quality which is a shame because if they were stuck this would be ideal.

It is exactly as illustrated. Simple, ergonomically handled, dimpled, deep tissue massage roller with each nodule rolling independently. Much sturdier than I'd anticipated and it can be used successfully to alleviate tight, knotted muscles, on accessible body parts very easily. Fairly priced at £9.99.

This is a handy product, I have been using it before gym during my warm ups and after my work out. It does does help relive tight muscles from the leg but trick to use parts of the body which Is a same. But it does help with tight muscles

Arrived on time. Been using a much larger one to help massage my hamstring. Bought this on recommendation from my physio and have found it to be really good and helpful in treating a very localised area.
