Hostess Donettes Mini Donuts, Frosted, 3 Ounce, 10 Count

Delicious as usual. These are easy to grab on the go and great for unhealthy kid snacks. They were a little melted, but that’s the weather’s fault.

Very fresh and just what we were looking for. Great value.

The donettes arrived in a timely manner, in just a few days before I was hit by Hurricane Milton. I had to order a lot of stuff on line, I am recovering from surgery and could not drive. The donettes were so stale that I had to spit it out. There was no expiration date on the package or on the individual 6 donut packs inside. These were meant as comfort food knowing we would loose power during Milton, which we did. I'm very disappointed. Not worth returning, just going to toss them.

This gift made a veteran very happy. I sent my brother, who is in a home for Vets, these donuts. I also sent him some clothes and books for Christmas. I never got a thank you for the clothes and books. He , however, couldn’t thank me enough for the donuts.

Price was right at $1 per sleeve. The first purchase arrived in an envelope, so there was damage to several of the packages. You could tell they had aged in whatever warehouse they had come from. The box was damaged and I threw it away so I don't know if they were expired or not, the kids ate them anyway. The second order arrived safe and sound, bubble packed in a box. As far flavor, they tasted fresh and were enjoyed as expected.

The convenience of shopping online for groceries, when I am a busy mother of four, is wonderful. This product was as fresh as if I was buying it at the store. No reason to go out shopping for these types of products when I can get the same product, for equal or lesser value than the grocery store, right here. I am a huge fan of Hostess and an even bigger fan of their chocolate donuts.

Well could been more in the box but need bigger box for that. Use for to eat here

The product is as expected. It tastes like Hostess donettes. However, as many other people have stated, it arrived extremely close to the expiration date. Generally, I take expiration dates with a grain of salt in that the taste will be compromised, but it's not going to kill you. (I mean, seriously, the donut is more likely to kill you than eating it a day or two past the expiration date.) I've ordered a couple of these over a lengthy period of time, and each time, the expiration date was within about a day or two of receiving it, with the exception of one which gave me a week until the expiration date. It's for this reason and this reason only that I gave it 3 stars instead of 5.
