I have used K&N filters in every vehicle I have owned since 1999 and will continue to do so for life. I put this one in my 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat FX4. Seems to do the job. I have noticed no hp gain, no mpg gain or any engine noise as others have claimed.

I pull a 44’ 5th Wheel as a full time RVer. I can tell a huge difference in horsepower and pulling power. Pays for itself since i replace air filters often. Now I just clean, condition and reinstall the filter. The unit fits the stock air box like a glove.

I have a 2.3 l turbo and I thought giving it more air would be good, however it wasn't it stole power from it. I think the filter is fine it looked good it was clean but it just didn't work for my vehicle.

Drop in, No Mileage Difference, Auto Stop Changed
Others in here claimed less MPG and I have not found that to be so. My MPG are exactly the same. It does feel as though it pulls more air in than the regular filter just based on spool up time. This is the only thing I changed on the truck and for whatever reason the auto stop function stopped kicking in most the time. I have no Idea if it's linked to the air flow sensor sensing more air coming in therfore not allowing it to auto stop or if it's unrelated. However, I don't use the auto stop unless I really low in gas and need to just get to a station.

Fits the above (2021 Limited/Wildtrak) engines, easy to install (<1 minute) and has a noticeable improvement on acceleration and "hoofing it" up hill.
