It is what it says it is. Pure pea protein , no added sugar, flavour, sugar free etc. Mix in water/milk and drink. 400-500ml recommend It is like eating atta with water. You get used to it. No digestive issues, no bloating. But not very appealing or appetizing Very cost effective. Don't come for flavour. But only for protein

I’ll be honest with you all, I've been using protein powders for over a year. I tried pea-based protein for the first time, and honestly, it tastes very bitter with water. Like, you can’t just gulp it down. Those who say the taste of protein doesn’t matter are the ones who can’t admit it. My suggestion is to mix it with flour or vegetables in your meals. Recommendation — people who take protein powder with water or milk should avoid it. Stick to whey. I hope this review helps 😊

PROS: 1. It is Unflavoured. Good if you are looking to add your own flavor and hate artificial dyes. 2. It is hard, but it does mix with water. Consume Immediately and use atleast 400-500ml per scoop. 3. Low in carbs and High in proteins with all essential amino acids and it is Vegan. CONS: 1. THE DESCRIPTION: it says ideally don't use with water, where as I found that it is the best way. 2. It asks to use it with the flours for roti's etc. But, if you use that way it will lead to CONSTIPATION. 3. It does not mix easily with water like most protein powders, but it does with some shaker's or blender's help.

Very poor digestion... also mixability is bad.

taste is horrible ao if cant hande unflavoured whey stay away, alson the mixibilty was poor. but does the job repairs muscle fast enough

Good product, I am not complaining about the taste, I mix pea protein and brown rice protein powder with bajra rotis, this combination completes amino acid profile and tastes better.

I have just started eating it (mixing its pea and brown rice powder), to tell you the truth, its taste is very bad, if taste is important to you then you should stay away from it. If anyone knows any way to change its taste then please tell me. But if there are any benefits after eating the whole thing, I will tell you about it later.
