Used on motorcycle to power Garmin 650 GPS.

Decent product that does work with even a Battery Tender Jr/Plus models. Only issue is the polarity is reversed even for the O ring terminal connectors. This is for when using it with a vehicle battery.

Quality of the item looks to be good. The extension line is fine as long as you pay attention to the polarity on the two ends and use appropriately. The second lead has an inline fuse holder and ring connectors on both the black and red leads for connecting to a battery. BUT, the polarity is reversed for the most common uses. The fused (red) lead that one would think should be attached to the battery's positive lead will make the exposed male prong of the SAE connecter HOT, with the shielded female being the ground. This the opposite polarity to most chargers and accessories meant to be plugged into an SAE connector. And maybe even worse, with the positive end being exposed, will make for a very easy way to ground out and create a short to the chassis if the SAE is allowed to make contact with pretty much anything on the machine. I was wiring this up just following the red/black colors of the wires and the fuse holder.... Just glad I actually noticed the reversed polarity before completing the project. If you're looking for an SAE with reverse polarity, then this looks fine. I'm just not sure what application would call for this setup...

Wrong plug on the battery lead side. It leaves the hot pin exposed and is backwards from every other setup I’ve seen. Extension is nice and heavy though. If you’re using battery tenders look for a cable connecting to the battery, look for one with the red (hot) leg shielded instead of an open pin like this is.

Good quality but black is positive and red is negative.

Despite the title and description indicating this product is for use with a battery charger, the pigtail is wired backwards for connection to a battery. The + red connection is going to the exposed pin on the SAE plug so battery charger would be connected backwards and not charge the battery. The pigtail is suitable to connect to a load like lights but not to the battery as hot wire is exposed. Vendor should correct the title and description to be more clear. Also picture 5, lower right shows a different pigtail connected to a car battery. The pigtail shown is wired correctly for use with a battery charger (black negative wire goes to exposed pin on the plug), but is not the pigtail being sold. Product is made well enough but not suitable for use with a battery charger. Be aware of what you are buying. My bad for not reading reviews and questions more carefully.

Reverses Polarity. You could attach it to the battery backwards but you would have to remember in the future if you change the battery
