COLORCHARM Permanent Liquid Hair Toners | Neutralize Brass

I first used a Revlon Frost and glow kit I also reviewed here on my darkest shade of blond according to the color chart at salons to achieve this yellow blond in the first picture. Then I used Wella T19 along with Colorcharm 10 volume developer instead of the 20 recommended on the box. If you already achieved the level of lightness you want there's no need for more lift so 10 volume works just fine and is not as harsh. It was simple to use and 1 box after mixing covered all of my hair very well. It took 25 minutes. I did do a deep conditioner after and used some bond building products. L'Oreal and Dove make some great bond products. My hair still feels very soft and healthy. I will definitely be buying this again when I need my new growth touched up.

My go to toner when I want to be blond!! My natural color is a light/medium brown and it lifts to a perfect pale blond with this. I don't think I could have found a better toner. It's not yellowy at ALL, leaning more towards platinum if my hair is bleached evenly.

This is the best toner I have ever used. The color matches perfectly and applies evenly. Note: You will need to purchase developer to mix with the toner. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations. The toner still washes out eventually, but I notice it lasts longer than other box toners. I wash my hair daily, so this is important to me.

I've used wella before and it always tones my hair the right color! I have tried to find it at my local wig/makeup supply shops and they are almost always out! This came fast and got all of the yellow out of my hair! Will buy again.

good toner but not the best. toner turns into a jello like texture when mixed with developer. also beware of what u wear when applying this as it turns a deep purple color. other than that listed my hair pretty well

I am so pleased with this toner! I used a 10vol developer and it turned out great!! I'll add my pics tomorrow, but now I see why everyone swears by it!!! You have to follow the instructions and do strand tests to see how long your hair needs. But it's worth it. I added one dropper of t050 to it and it's a nice platinum !! I'll post pics tomorrow!! I highly recommend this!!!!

I was able to do it all myself after bleching process applying this toner with 20 developer cream my heair got better results than going to a hair saloon and always getting not satisfy with the treatment received, results and high price. from now on I will continue doing my hair myself, Thanks to this great toner

T14- my hair is still a bit wet in the after photos (right side) but it is exactly the blonde that I wanted. I did 1:2 ratio and left it on for 20 minutes. Honestly could’ve went a little longer but I’m thrilled with the results 10/10.

This was the perfect beige blonde toner

This is the second time bleaching my hair. The first time I did it myself and I ended up going to the hair dressers to get it fixed because I couldn’t find a toner to cover the brassiness. This time I did everything myself and I was having a tough time getting the orange pigment out of my hair. I ended up going with t10 and omg I was not expecting it to cover the orange. I am so happy with the results I don’t feel embarrassed about my hair anymore. I read so much online about how hair needs to be a level 9 or 10 for toners to work but this one really did the job. Don’t get me wrong my ends still have some brassiness but it’s more of a golden blonde now that looks so natural compared to the orange golden colour I had before. I highly recommend this toner for anyone who has level 7-8 hair!

Quería un beige o vainilla blonde, me lo puse cumple con como funciona pero creo que yo prefería un rubio más frío, así que si tú personalmente buscas un rubio cálido te lo recomiendo si prefieres algo con tonos fríos no es lo que buscas
