Will they work for pies?

I don't feel this pan would work for a pie. It's more suited gor rolls or cake and cinammon rolls. I woul search for a deep dish pie pan with lid. I also package lose cookies in this pan.

Can these be used in the microwave?

I really cannot say if they are safe for microwave use I purchased these because I sell food.

Can this hold two pound fruit cake

No..1.5lb is the most.. I use these for my fruit cakes as well.
