Easily replaces expensive custom orthotics
I have used these insoles for many years and replace them 1-2 times a year depending how much I walk with them. Heat, put in shoe, stand on it and now you have a custom insole. One thing to remember when you are stepping into the shoe that has the warm insole in, wear your opposite shoe so you will be level and the insole is more accurate and not turned inward.

Told to use these by podiatrist for plantar fasciitis. Made my shoes too tight to wear so buy shoes in wide or half size bigger. Had better results with Dr. Scholl plantar fasciitis inserts and you can get male or female and can cut to size. Gel heal for comfort and good arch support. Not sure how long they will last.
