This item would be great if you need it for a toddler or smaller!! I read the description three times and no where does it list a size and it sure is not adjustable IN SIZE at all. I only gave it one star because it was new and delivered as promised ... on a Sunday.

Not adult sized at all. Made for children's clothing. Had to return item.
