Trekrite in-Transit Rucksack/Backpack Protector - Luggage/Bag/Holdall Flight Travel Transit Cover - UK Based Company

Purchased this for 70L rucksack, was slightly concerned it would not be big enough but fits perfectly. Material is not very thick but has now survived an internal UK flight and international to NZ, with no rips to material and zips working, so has performed perfectly. Lightweight enough to fold into its own small cover, which can be easily stored in backpack top pocket, when not required. Overall, good value and pleased with purchase.

I used this to protect my duffle bag when I flew to Kenya. It survived both flights without rips and my bag inside looks good as new. It zips open from the end so is a bit of effort getting a bag inside, but does mean that even if the zip were to come undone my bag would still have stayed inside the cover. There's a detachable shoulder strap which I removed for the flight and shoved inside the case, and then used to transport my bag to and from the airports. It's not the most comfortable thing but does the job. There's also a small handle on the same side as the shoulder strap so you can lift the bag without needing it on your shoulder, which is good for the luggage labels to be put around. The straps were able to support 18kg of weight, but did look a little strained so I wouldn't use it for a long time for heavier bags.

It was the perfect size for what I wanted and very lightweight. Great handles and fairly strong for carrying 16kg load. I use it to transport my paddleboard. Unfortunately the airline punctured it on the first flight I used it on, ironically through the fragile sticker I had put on. Even though it got damaged on the first use, it is still holding up (the fabric isn't fraying and getting worse), so I will patch it up and use it again. Make sure you pad and protect anything within. If I were to buy this item again I would look for exactly this model with thicker more durable fabric.

Very useful bag that covered my rucksack. It's flown 9 flight sectors so far. It was a little light white, and I was concerned it might rip too easily. However, it has not rips at all during this time and it's still in good condition. Would recommend to friends going traveling with a rucksack.

Purchased for my teenage son who was backpacking in Croatia. He had about a 50ltr pack with sleep mats etc attached on the outside. Purchased this to put the pack and other stuff in for the flight out and back. Feels very thin but did the job no damage to it or the pack it was protecting. I did tell my son to take the shoulder strap off when it was checked in. But he is a teenager they never listen but strap survived. It easily fits back in its little carry case when not in use. Ideal for back packs but would make a good spare bag if going on an overseas trip with lots of shopping in mind.

Despite being advertised as extra heavy duty, the item was delivered with a ripped seam. Hugely disappointed. Item was returned.

Good but not very strong for very heavy bags 15kg +.

I bought this to keep a rucksack secure during baggage handling during flights. I needed to wear the rucksack either side of the airport, so how light this was and how small it folded up was really useful for me. It did exactly what I needed, I was not tempted to carry it very long with handles as it wasn’t comfortable so didn’t get to test their strength very much.
