Superb....perfect book as I needed

AVOID I really liked the layout of this book and I thought it would be particularly useful to my daughter who is autistic and home educated Or at least it would have been if the answers were provided with the book. As soon as it arrived she started working through the book. It wasn’t until I came to mark the first few exercises that she had done that I was aware there were no answers! The same problem occurs with the student book where no answers are provided either! Upon contacting the publisher it would appear that the answers are not available unless you purchase a £200 subscription to a boost teachers package but you can only purchase that if you are actually a teacher that works within a school institution! Besids, no one should be expected to have to purchase a £200 subscription just to get answers to a £25 students book or a £7 workbook! As my daughter has now used this book and there is some slight damage to the cover I will be unable to return it and therefore I am out of pocket for something that we can’t even use! I can’t exactly sell it on to someone secondhand and recoup some money either as it’s no use to anyone else without the answers!! Without the answers I just cannot support my daughter to her full potential with these resources! I would’ve happily given both the books I purchased a five star rating for content, however without the answers they aren’t even worth a one star! AVOID

Thinking of studying/teaching Cambridge IGCSE First Language English then must get this book.

Anyone thinking of buying this book should be aware that the answers aren’t provided. Makes it pretty useless for revision.
