Greenmax - Yam & Multi Grains Cereal

These are the best. I love bringing them camping and traveling. So light and easy to bring and the flavor is great.

Other reviewers are right, each package probably contains too much salt. As a fan the brand's usually sweeter offerings, I was really surprised by this one's flavor at first. Mix one package with a cup or more of oatmeal - you'll get a full breakfast with more balanced flavor.

I consider it more of a soup, but it is filling and I like the textures of the "puffs", yam and sesame.

I've been pretty happy with some other cereals of Greenmax, but be careful, this one is SALTY and it tastes/looks super artificial. I doubt how much nutrition is actually in there.

Eat for breakfast everyday.

It's too salty, I added more water and one egg to make them less salty. However, it seems pretty good on nutrients. I won't buy it again probably.
