I’ve purchased this item and returned the first one but they both have arrived missing the inner gasket for the injector housing

Try the internet to see if you can purchase some or maybe Walmart or and auto store believe it or not. Gaskets can be interchangeable for other things and sometimes work better and they aren't expensive.

This product is great, the only complaint is that the screw on the trigger comes loose after repeated squeezes. Would there be a way to fix this?

Loctite blue, or red. Thread glue.

The first thing it says to do is place the rubber seal in the main part - between tube and gun. No rubber seal in the box. Will it work?

No. The rubber seal keeps it from leaking. I had one that was on the plunger and one extra in the box

This is the absolute BEST meat injector I have owned!!! It's easy to fill, use and clean. You can inject 1 to 5mls of liquid. It's good for small, medium and large pieces of meat. It comes with a case and the perfect set of needles for your use. The brushes clean the tube and ALL the needles! The price was affordable and so far I haven't had any problems with this injector. It would make a great gift for the grill masters in your family!

Terrible, broke on my second use

Product worked fine the first time, felt cheap and poorly put together but it worked. Second time the trigger mechanism broke and now it won't inject anything as the plunger won't move. Terrible design and colossal waste of money. Avoid this scam company at all costs.
