Just didn't work as advertised
I couldn't get this to work as described. The device didn't find the balanced line. Trying the device on balls with a different starting point gave different balance lines. I used epsom salts to check the balls first for balance and marked the top point which is the light end of the ball. if it always came back to the same point and doesn't return to one point the ball is perfectly balanced and any line can be drawn. None of the balls I tried were balanced and none were very bad. But the device failed to find the balance line. I tried a different set of new batteries with no change, it still failed. Decided to return for a refund.

Get a RELIABLE SUPPLIER
I bought this item after seeing demonstration Tube [very,very good] When I tried it it, the spinner wouldn't steady it's self. [the golf balls ProV1s] When I contacted the supplier via Amazon. they offered a 15% refund if I kept the item. WHY would I keep it if it didn't work. " NO BRAINER." This review will probably not be published because of Negative reviews. But this firm has BIG BIG problems. I don't know if I will get all my money back! [incl postage] but it could colour my views on AMAZON

Faulty Pen means I can’t use the product fully
Pen doesn’t work, was completely dry, which is fine for the weigh of the ball, but not for the putting line as all standard pens don’t fit in the hole, so half the point of the product I can’t even use. Can’t contact the seller for a replacement pen & Amazon can’t help because it’s a different seller.
