About what you would expect from ice cream, but the taste is a bit weaker than other brands
Overall I liked it, but I prefer other brands for this flavor. It did not taste as good as other brands whose mint chocolate ice cream I've had.

Delicious for Mint Chocolate Chip Lovers!
Love the taste of the mint and the nice thin square like pieces of chocolate chips. The texture and creaminess is great.

Not at whole foods
I was delighted to receive my favorite food. But I had to purchase the 35$ min total to get it. Other products are cheaper at H-E-B. I went in person to Whole Foods market but they did not carry blue bunny ice cream. The receipt I had said the groceries were from that market in the Quarry and San Antonio. Not happy. The product is wonderful and stopped being sold at Walmart. Wish I knew where to get that ice cream

Not a huge fan
Got the mint chocolate chip. Mint flavor was good but seems skimpy on the chocolate chips. My issue is the weird rubbery and spongy texture. Not like a good quality creamy ice cream at all.
