Don't waste your money!!
Don't waste your money!! I purchased this product to lower the pH in our new hot tub because using a granulated acid sounded much safer and easier. I could not have been more wrong! #1 according to the directions, you are supposed to mix it with water before adding to the hot tub, so it's not easier or safer than liquid muriatic acid. #2 I added the recommended amount every single day, sometimes twice a day, and the pH kept getting higher by the day. I test the water twice a day right now, with an actual kit, not just strips, because I am determined to balance the water! #3 It's expensive compared to muriatic acid, especially since it doesn't work. I purchased a gallon of muriatic acid this week, and the pH and alkalinity are finally where they should be! I wasted an entire month of not really enjoying the hot tub and being frustrated with this product, as it definitely does not do what it should! Big waste of my time and money!

Works Just As Well As Liquid Acid!
I despise using liquid muriatic acid! I find it to be too dangerous to use. I tried the No Mor Muriatic Acid product and was very pleased with the results. The product lowered by pH in my 20,000 gallon inground pool as well as liquid acid. I will buy it again!

Didn't work
I purchased this product to lower the alkalinity in my pool. Over several occasions in a few days, I used the entire bottle, my alkalinity never lowered, in fact it may be higher now than before. It did however, lower my PH, which was not what I needed. Dissatisfied with this product.

Doesn't really work, buy liquid HCl instead!
For the price this stuff is very ineffctive. It certainly worked much better than the pH reducer i was using but then i bought aome liquid muriatic acid for same price at a home supply store and i would say that product is 10 times as effective, no exaggeration. I wouldnt waste money on this unless you hate handling liquid acid.
