Using parchment rounds, regardless of the recipe, offers a level of reassurance that money simply can't buy. They have truly simplified my baking experience. Unlike other options, they hold up well when buttered, fit seamlessly into a 6-inch cake pan, and come out effortlessly. The right tools can transform cooking and baking into a delightful experience, and these parchment rounds are no exception.

When baking six inch round scones on a baking sheet the sugar and fruit juices almost always collect just a bit around the edges, making these hard to remove from a baking sheet. With these little rounds of parchment, I push the dough just past the edge of the parchment for baking. This keeps sugar and fruit from sticking the scones inside the periphery. These scones are on the parchment but you can't see it for a reason. Scones back at about 450F and exposed parchment will go brown and burn at that temperature. If I completely cover the parchment just past the edge, I get a quick release from the baking sheet and the parchment isn't effected by the heat! I use a spatula to quickly left the baked scones with their parchment from the baking sheet and place on a cooling rack as you see here in the photo. Very nice finished product and easy removal from the parchment at this point once they have cooled. Makes my baking so much easier!

Exactly as advertised, a bunch of parchment paper circles. Great option for separating portions for freezing. Use them to meal prep and freeze waffles, quesadillas, etc without them all sticking to each other. Pro tip they are VERY slick against each other and the stack of them can fall over easily and you'll have a million little papers to pick up. Keep them in a bag or container!

As other reviews have mentioned they are bigger than the pans they should fit inside. I’m not a baker and really only need to use these about once maybe twice a year so no big deal to me. But I can definitely see why this would be annoying to others who need to cut them to the correct size if they bake a lot. This is supposed to save time not increase it.

My family loves smash burgers cooked on the griddle. I've tried nonstick spray and wax paper to keep my smasher from sticking to the burger. These round cut pieces of parchment paper are great. They're the right size and being round is perfect. I can even use one piece on multiple burgers.
