Nutravita 945mg Magnesium Complex - 180 Vegan Citrate Capsules - 3 Months

Great product - I have been using for 4 months now. Looked for a decent magnesium on doctors reccomendation as I was in perimenopause and my sleep was drastically impacted. It took about 4 weeks to notice a difference (the doctor said it might take 6-8w) but now I def wouldn’t not take it. They are not small mind you - but I’ve done my homework and can’t find another product that packs as much punch as this one. So reccomend x

Really works, improved sleep, feeling much bettet

I used to take a lower dose of magnesium as I am low in it after a blood test. Alot of people have put on here about to high a dose for a woman and a bad stomach. I have to say I have no problems at all. I am a 41 year old woman who needed a quality product and a good dose of magnesium. No upset stomach, no side effects. I have always had problems sleeping and no much change yet but I think if I keep this dose up it might help. No after taste easy to take even tho might be a problem for some people with the size of the capsule. I have alot of cramping as well after exercise now I am that age:-( but these have also helped a lot in that department with the cramping in my feet... Well you can only give them ago but I think they are worth it:-)

Well I have the tablets but can’t say how good they are as you would expect after only a few days

I have been taking this magnesium supplement for 2 years now, so it's about time I wrote a review. Magnesium, everyone is talking about it! I started taking it as I wasn't sleeping that well and this has really helped. I take 2 capsules about an hour before I go to bed and it really does help me switch my mind off so that I can fall asleep. I also find I have zero aches and pains when I wake up. Also, I have an under active thyroid and one of the side effects of that is constipation. This magnesium helps everything work well in the morning - but in a nice gentle way. Love that they have now also changed the packaging and these are vegan too.

I’ve been using Nutravita’s Super Strength Magnesium Citrate Capsules for a few months now, and I am beyond impressed! With 1480mg per serving and a 90-day supply, these capsules offer an incredible value. The fact that they are vegan and made in the UK is a huge plus for me, as it aligns with my commitment to high-quality, ethical products. Unlike magnesium tablets, these capsules are incredibly easy to swallow and are designed for high absorption, meaning I can actually feel the difference in my energy levels and muscle function. I’ve noticed an improvement in my sleep quality as well, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past. The convenience of having a 90-day supply means I don’t have to worry about running out quickly, and the premium quality gives me confidence in what I’m putting into my body. If you’re looking for a top-notch magnesium supplement, this one from Nutravita is a fantastic choice!

I’ve actually noticed the difference. These in the evening, lions mane in the morning, and I feel a lot more calm and focused, and I’m getting better quality sleep. They taste great, and as someone who prefers gummies over pills, these are good value for the dosage.

Always buy this brand of vitamins when available. Was surprised to see them in a pouch, not usual packaging this is my first time of buying Magnesium Citrate. A problem I've opened the package and thesecompared to other capscules are Very Large. I'm third age and think I am going to find them difficult to swollow so please be aware if your thinking of buying magnesium citrste.

He leído mucho acerca del Magnesio.

These help me sleep so well. Usually I wake up several times in the night but since taking these, Ive been sleeping straight through.

Würde sageb macht was es soll.
