Am I reading this right. There is only one bread mix package for $11.94 with the shipping cost included? That seems awfully pricey.

This is correct. If you order just one of the bread mixes the shipping cost is more than the cost of the bread itself but if you order more than one then the cost of shipping gets less expensive per bread mix.

Why is the shipping so high ? Its more than yhe mix !

I think that this is because it is not a "prime" order and it is being shipped by weight...postage or shipping prices are high. I was going to go into the Pantry and see if it could be ordered that way..last time I used pantry it was five items and ship free..you might try that one

The water temp says 80. Is this F or C?

Yes, 80 C (176 F) is optimum water temp for making bread!🤡

What is the shelf life?

I have the buttermilk white and the best by date on all my packages is 10/21/22. Hope this helps.
