Mount World 1056 VESA 200 x 200 Universal Adapter for Medium Mounts (Adapter can be used for tv from 23" - 42" size)

If you have a 4"x4" mount and an 8"x8" pattern on your TV (or anything in-between), this template is perfect. It comes with usable mounting screws, washers, spacers and even gripping bolts. Worked perfectly for me. It is made of steel, and the bolt pattern options for the smaller mount are 3+ for sure. I highly recommend this solution as it appeared to me to be the most stable and flexible.

I used this adapter plate successfully for two separate jobs: first, to attach a Samsung 43-inch TV (200-mm Vesa pattern) to a medium-duty Huanuo single-monitor mount (75-/100-mm Vesa pattern, 19.8-lb capacity), and subsequently to attach a 43-inch Sony 'Bravia 3' TV (200-mm Vesa pattern) on a heavy-duty Huanuo monitor mount (75-/100-mm Vesa pattern, 26.48-lb capacity). In both instances, the adapter plate worked fine to bridge the difference in Vesa patterns. It was very helpful that the Mount Plus adapter plate came with a variety of nuts, bolts, and spacers to attach things together. For the first job, I needed no additional hardware because the Mount Plus 1056 came with everything I needed and did not have already. In the second instance, I had to add four optional washers to the mount bolts that attach the adapter plate to the TV. (The Samsung and Sony TVs require different-sized bolts for mounting.) The adapter plate did its job perfectly each time. Great job, Mount Plus! Pro tip: If you use this Mount Plus adapter plate, attach it to your swivel mount first, taking care to put the screw heads toward the TV so they sit flush without touching the TV. Tighten the four nuts so the adapter plate is fully attached to your swivel mount. Next (finally), attach the adapter plate to your TV. Don't over-tighten the bolts or they may damage your TV/monitor. If you reverse the order and try to attach the adapter plate to your TV/monitor in the first step (before attaching the adapter plate to your mount), you will have trouble tightening the bolts that attach the adapter to your swivel mount because they will spin in place as you try to tighten the nuts. You must have a screw driver and a small wrench or pair of pliers to tighten the bolts that attach this adapter plate to your swivel mount. Good luck!

i have a very old (and very tiny) samsung syncmaster b2230 that i love to death, but it only has 75x75mm vesa holes so that limits what mounts it can go on. i wanted to install it in my camp trailer, but the mount that came in it doesn't have the right holes.... this plate has ALL the holes! it works perfect for adapting between vesa sizes and comes with spacers to give everything enough clearances. i did have to go to the hardware store to get appropriate screws for my tv tho (the ones included were slightly too big) and also shorter bolts to give me enough clearance on the adaption, but that's not too big a deal. it does the job of holding my weird little tv in my camp trailer without having to replace my existing mount so im happy lol

So we originally got this mount adapter plate because our TV in our RV went out and had to get a new TV. The old TV only needed a 100x100 mount and the new one required 200x200. This mount is good quality and has the correct hole measurements it says it does. It goes from 50x50 up to 200x200 which is really nice to have so many options. It comes with some included hardware as well. But once trying to install this mount i realized the included hardware is not the correct sizes it says. The new TV required size M6x10mm screws and according to the hardware included there were bigger sizes than that. But even the included M8x12mm screws did not fit. They were too skinny or not long enough. I ended up having to purchase another universal hardware kit to install this mount adapter. On top of the hardware not being the labeled sizes, they are incorrectly labeled from the packaging to the instructions. So it was very confusing to even figure out what each hardware piece was. The adapter plate itself works great though. We did end up having to drill two holes in the plate, because the mounting bracket was too low for where the mount sat on the plate. It was very easy to drill the two holes and make it work the way we needed it to. It not fitting had nothing to do with the plate adapter, but it is nice that you can easily adjust this plate adapter work to how you need it to. Overall it’s a decent option at a decent price. Just beware the hardware that is included is not the right sizes.

Had to swap out a TV in a guest bedroom and the mount wouldn’t fit the new TV. This worked PERFECTLY - and it was easy to install. Saved me from having to buy and install a new mount.

Well-made product and works as described.

Using it to connect a 44in TV to a strong monitor arm. I started with one of those spiderlike 4 arm adapters but those have issues, one of them is placing the screen further away from the tilt point in the monitor arm. Then changed to this and it makes almost flush contact with the back of the LG TV. Makes a world of difference and you can rest easy as this is one single piece of metal, your screen is well secured. Machining was within correct tolerances for the screws.

i would recommend and i would buy again. it feel heavy, so may be for heavy setups on arms this might warrant some detailed research. using on a ergotron HX with heavy duty pivot and a 44" smart monitor. works well, stable. no flex in the back plate. it also includes some spacers, 8... so you can stack. had 3 sets of different screws for multiple monitors. i do like the adapter plate gave locking nut set for the center vesa side. previous had regular, but never had a problem. this i do feel more secure it won't back out. very pleased.
