I use this on my 9 year old for rashes and dry spots. Effective for dry feet and patches for the whole family.

It's too runny and I thought it is off so threw the whole bottle

It's very watery
I wouldn't call this a cream, it's more like water. In saying that, it does the job, I use it only on my babes cradle cap - I use a thicker cream for the rest of her body! It's not the worst, but I wouldn't purchase again only because of the water consistency (which was totally unexpected).
