The NPK Compound ratio is given as 4.5 : 2 : 3.7 on the back of the packet. Hope this helps.

can this be used on any acer?

Yes it was recommended to me by an assistant at a nursery who said it was the best but not currently available at the nursery. Seems to work on my acers

How much should i put in a soil? For a potted acer, and when shoud i usedsn

I have 3 Acers, all 3 are in 50 high by 30cm wide pots. I've had them for 8 years and each year, by this time, their leaves have dried despite watering well. I started using the Vitax feed early April -spreading about a handful in each pot and mixing in to the top layer of soil. They are really healthy for the first time and I'm really pleased with this product. I've decided to apply a second handful 8 weeks in and see how it goes. By the way, it's really smelly so use a garden trowel to apply and water in straight away to lessen the smell. Good luck

Have just repotted my acer tree as it was pot bound is it safe for me to feed it now to help it settle in ?

Wait till the tree goes dormant and drops it leaves then tease the roots out and mix up some compost mix in the required amount and repot in to the next pot size up and in the spring give it another food dose of feed when it is coming back to life.
