I really like this mat. I ordered the largest size, 24 × 32, and it is perfect for my needs. I bake pizza for my kids a couple of times a month, as well as cookies, and this mat works great. It stays firmly in place without any problems, and the dough does not stick at all. It is very convenient to use and keeps my counter much cleaner. Before, I spent a lot of time cleaning dough off the counter, and sometimes it was really hard to remove. Now it takes just one minute to clean everything. I also do not worry anymore about the dough sticking or tearing. With this mat, baking is so much easier and more comfortable. I honestly wonder why I did not buy it earlier.

I bought this silicone baking mat because I want to start making breads and pastas so, I purposely ordered the extra large mat. I wanted the most area to work with without messing up my table. It stayed secure on the table, unless I moved or leaned on it, while I worked with the dough. I was able to scrape any dried dough with a butter knife or spatula without digging into it and clean up was a breeze. It has ruled measurements along the edges, the circles in the center are measured with inches to the left and centimeters to the right in red. It also has "candy temperatures" in a thermometer on the top right corner and a "measure magnet" in the bottom left corner of the mat. It can be folded or rolled up for storage. I definitely recommend this baking mat.

Great size - big enough to make rolling out pastry crusts a breeze. Very thin - the description says it's thicker than most mats but if that's the case, it's not enough to make a difference. It lays flat but is thin enough that air bubbles are trapped between the mat and the counter. This doesn't affect the performance of the mat but is annoying if you're trying to roll out pastry and bubbles are scooting underneath. Easy to use and clean - just wipe with a damp, soapy cloth and allow to air dry completely before rolling up for storage.

This is the perfect size for my counter. I make bread often and pies from time to time. I find the "stickiness" of the mat a plus when it comes to staying on the counter. It does not budge even with firm kneading or rolling. As long as there is enough flour, the dough is fine. I have not tried rolling cookies yet. I will and will add to this review. I see people do not like the thickness finding it too thin. I love how thin it is. It is easy to wash and roll up for storage. I hang it over a clothes horse to dry.

The size of the mat is perfect for my island, and gives enough room to prevent flour from falling off onto the floor. It sticks to the surface so as to prevent accidental movement. Easy cleanup and storage.

Update March 2026: I’ve been using this pastry mat for over a year now, and it has completely changed my pie-making game. Color & Aesthetics: I chose the Blue, which is a nice, vibrant shade that makes the white measurement markings really pop. It hasn't faded at all after a year of use and cleaning. Protection Level: This mat provides excellent protection for my countertops. It’s thick enough that I don't worry about my bench scraper or rolling pin marking up the surface underneath, and it creates a perfect barrier against flour and sticky dough messes. Storage Capacity: Even though this mat is massive when laid out, the storage capacity is excellent. It’s flexible enough to be rolled up tightly or folded, so it takes up very little room in my drawer. It’s the perfect "big tool" that doesn't require "big storage." Consistency: The measurement rings take all the guesswork out of rolling out crusts, so my pies come out uniform every single time. Value for Money: Given how much use I’ve gotten out of this and how well it has held up, it’s an incredible value. It’s a professional-feeling tool for a very reasonable price. Cleaning Tip: It’s a bit tough to wash in a standard sink because it's so large, but I just use hot water and soap in a spray bottle and wipe it down right on the counter! Verdict: 5 stars. If you have the counter space, it’s a must-have for bakers!

Great mat to roll out dough and make bread. Easy to clean and wash. Rolls up and takes little storage space in the cabinet. Size bought : 40cm by 60cm; ideal for our worktop space.
