A great design of sticks that can be used in any musical style. It has a size between 5A and 5B with a gradual conicity and a barrel olive for excellent definition of cymbal. The Vater brand was born in November 1991, but the history of the Vater sticks began decades earlier, in the cellar of the Jack's Drum Shop in Boston. This is where Alan Vater, Ron Vater and Jack Adams handmade drumsticks for drummers such as Buddy Rich in 1956. Serious things began in the 1980s with the production by the Vater brothers of chopsticks under their own name. The company moves a few years later and continues to produce in Holbrook (Massachusetts) in a plant more suited to its needs.
