- Review: Excellent product - Nothing to complain about these shoes, they are just perfect, so much confortable and with a perfect sole (vibram never disappoints), about the size, I have wide foot, Id have pick 0.5 size bigger to fit better. At the first moment its very tight, but around 10 uses it fits softens. Review: Well worth the money - These shoes are well made and very technical. The separate toe box allows for good flexibility, the heal is fully randed for heal hooks and the toe box has a grippy top. I'm enjoying them lots.

Best climbing shoes that I have ever owned. I have owned one pair. This is them.

Previous shoes used: Scarpa magos Boreal kintaro Love this shoe. I was slightly disappointed that the shoe isn't as tight as my magos even though I ordered the same size I gave them a chance before I sent them off to get a high size small and I was pleasantly surprised that my performance hadn't dropped. They kept up with my magos despite the tightness difference. My magos had an extremely painful break in period and they still fit tight. I expected the same and prepared myself for the worst with the instincts. When I put them on for the first time, I was surprised that they were more relaxed. They fit very snug without much dead space (only very little dead space on the top of my foot, but none anywhere else). My toes are not curled up like they are in my magos. They pretty much fit my foot perfectly with no pain. I started reading that modern climbing shoes don't have to be painful to get the performance out of them. So far I've been climbing in them indoors only (I have yet to take them out to hueco to see how they perform) and the edging is incredible. They aren't as sticky as my magos but that's ok because I wanted a shoe that edged better. My foot does slip on smearing but I have yet to break the rubber in so I'm not counting it as a bad thing yet. Heel hooking is on another level compared to the magos which had a horrible heel with a lot of dead space. They are easy to slip on and off which I really like to let my feet test they don't breathe as good as other shoes so I expect climbing when it's hot is gonna cause your feet to retain a lot of sweat. I'll just take them off to let my feet cool off and let the sweat evaporate Construct seems very solid for now. I haven't put much mileage in them yet so I have yet to see how they hold up but my magos are two years old and doing great (only need a new lace but that it's) so I'm expecting the same from these down the road. I thought the aggressive fit would only allow me to Boulder in them for short periods of time but since they fit so perfectly I already know I'll be using these to sport climb without suffering much if any. Great shoe. Will definitely resole them when the time comes

This is my first pair of moderate/aggressive shoes following my Scarpa Origins. It was between the Vapors and the LaSportiva Miura VS, and I feel like I made the right choice. I have very low volume feet, and exceptionally low volume heels, and my Origins always slipped off when I heel hooked. Plus with the Velcro straps, I could never get them tight enough and the straps started falling apart from how much I pulled them to tighten them. All of that changed with my new Vapors! They're incredible ๐ I've had them for a couple of months now and I feel like I can trust my feet so much more. The rubber is super sticky on slab, too. My confidence has skyrocketed in these! I had tried on the Velcro version at REI, but I wanted to be able to tighten them more at the ankle to keep my heels in. The only issue I have is that they have a smaller toebox than the Velcro version. I ordered the same size as my Origins and as the Velcro Vapors I tried on, and these are a good bit tighter. It's been a couple of months of consistent climbing and they haven't stretched much either, so the break in period is pretty long if you buy them tight. No matter what, I'd prefer them too tight over too loose so I'm not complaining, but it is a warning. Overall, I wouldn't trade them for any other shoe. I think these really made a huge difference in my climbing. And while they take longer to put on and take off because of the laces, I much prefer the adjustability over velcro straps.

The box came destroyed the shoes have no tag on it and they looked kind of used... I was so excited to get these as I just started my membership to a rock climbing gym. I was very disappointed when I opened my package unfortunately :/

Tried a bunch of different brands and these fit the best, the half size was exactly what I needed. Feels well built unlike others that are $10-$20 cheaper. Seems like itโs worth the few extra bucks to get something decent.
