After consuming it I'm getting pain in my left kidney or left side of the stomach y

unable to show any benefit to treat fatigue

I have been drinking this, after meals, for last couple of weeks now, and I can clearly feel the effects. It makes me experience light-headedness , I do not feel the need for tea/coffee, I am usually high in energy and seems I am also falling sick much less frequently now.
