The left and right arrows no longer work but that's because I'm new to electronics and I didn't have the wires in correctly. I attempted to do this using 16 awg stranded wire and it hasn't been a success. I've learned a new method of stripping more wire rather than enough to fit into the pocket holes and then folding it in half specifically for this device because the 16awg wire was being tugged out with no success. I then tried to use some 12 awg stranded wire but it's far too thick. I'm currently looking into investing in a soldering tip and using that to make the fitting more solid. I think with the right expertise, a skilled handyman would have far more luck with this thing than I have.

I remodeled my bathroom and used this to control some LED strip lighting. Works great. I wish it mounted flush, but not a huge deal. I'm guessing folks that have issues with this do not know how to wire low voltage correctly. The dimming works just fine for me. I would have rather have is back lit than have 2 ways to dim (vert and horiz) The manufacturer could have had a little better instructions, especially to include how to turn off the beep, which all you do is press and hold the power buton.

Instructions are very vague. Everything is in black and white but instructions mention red tabs. Instructions tell you to remove electrical ribbon for wall install but it is extremely difficult to near impossible to reconnect. I would've returned it but I missed my window.

I love these new glass switches they are awesome and work perfectly.

Yeah, easy install, turns my lights on and off 👍, dimmer function is a bit glitchy at times but after 2 years we have an understanding. However, they turn themselves on (regardless of temperature) for no apparent reason. Go figure. 🤷‍♂️

This was used in a travel travel. My TT came with factory LED lighting on the interior. They were either on or off, so I used this for the dimming feature to control the brightness. The responsiveness is very impressive and the touch pad is not extremely sensitive but you don't have to press hard for ut to function which makes it very easy to use.

This dimmer was easy to install. I don't like that the wires come out only at the back. If they came out the bottom front, they wouldn't get strained as they come out the install hole. Otherwise, the dimmer works well if you use the vertical slider. The left and right arrows don't work as smoothly and are inconvenient because, if you use them, you have to keep looking back at the slider to use the other arrow to change the brightness - not so with the vertical slider area so that's much easier to use. I did notice the unit beeped initially when I touched the arrows but that was while it was in the box (boggle). Once I installed it, it no longer beeped and I've no idea why.

Great dimmer very modern and works well.
