Customer service A++, product works perfectly, NO MORE STAINING
Very happy with this purchase and the assistance from their customer service. I received a damaged tank (not the sellers fault, it was damaged during g shipping). When I reached out to the seller they sent me a new tank without any trouble. A lot of respect for how much their customer service took pride in ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority. As for the quality of the system, it works phenomenal!!! I used to have to change my double whole house filter every 2 weeks to keep up with all the staining my sinks and tubs would get from iron deposits. After installing this iron water filter my water is crystal clear and the double filters still look brand new 2 weeks later!!! Quality product. Superb customer service. Easy installation. Programming a little confusing but once again customer service was a phone call away to answer my question. I wish all companies operated at the quality that this one does.

Works great on my 1.9 PPM Iron/H2S Odors
I purchased my first fixxer-upper house but had to back up from the sinks when they were running because the H2S smell was so bad and using the washer would make you nauseous. The taste carried over into the water, which was absolutely disgusting, and I believe the Iron/Magnese levels were starting to affect my joints and inflammation levels. Basically I moved into this house and then started to feel like a rusted tin woodsman, which is not cool if you are actively -working- on repairing said house and ya know...are thirsty a lot. In my quest for a solution, Culligan quoted me 5-6k USD for one of their systems which constantly uses $10 bottles of peroxide but I thought that was clearly a marketing pitch and quite simply waaaay too much money that I couldn't afford, so I did my research and purchased one of these instead. After install (which I did myself mind you, and I'm not a plumber), the smell and taste is completely gone. It's only been a week so far and time will tell on reliability, but the instructions were very good, the system seems very user-serviceable, and if you ever need to refresh the media I'm sure you could do so by yourself in 5 or 7 years...that's if you needed it. All the nozzles, seals, and valves can be popped out and cleaned in 10 minutes. I would definitely combine this with a clear, spin-down style filter, such as a Water Source 11", before the AIO system so you can remove large particles and iron flakes before they make it into the valves or any water softener you install after it.

Huge Water Quality Improvement for Well
We bought a house with a private well that had water very high in manganese. There was an old water softener in place that had bypassed years prior. When researching what to replace it with we settled on this unit. It arrived less than 5 days after ordering with everything in place and packaged well. It was very easy to hook up to plumbing that was already in place for the softener. APlus provided very detailed instructions with the unit on how to install the valve and get it programmed. Almost immediately after running it we noticed a substantial improvement in water quality. We no longer have rust staining water that smells and tastes bad. Overall we are extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it as a cheaper, simpler, and more reliable alternative to the multi stage systems that may not actually do well at filtering out iron and manganese like this unit is intended to do.

It actually works!
I bought this carbon filter setup with a healthy dose of scepticism, knowing that our water is about half iron. Well, maybe not half, but enough to stain our sinks and toilets in a few days if untreated, and it is distinctly orange out of the tap, even after going through 2 filters, a 5 micron and a 1 micron. I installed the system and let it soak with water for 24 hours as directed in the installation manual. I also drained my water heater and flushed it a few times. After the 24 hours and the tank had been flushed as per the directions I opened the bypass valves and the change was immediate, at least for the cold water. No sulfur smell and no orange color. The hot water looked very murky so I drained the tank again and flushed it twice, and then the hot water was perfect like the cold. Supposedly the carbon will last 5 years, and that is great. I do wish the company would include directions on how to empty the tank, how much carbon to put in it, what kind of carbon (I have found out what typy, and how to suspend the 1" pipe in the tank. I'll contact the company and get that squared away long before I need to replace the carbon. No more schlepping salt and dumping it in a softner and no more worrying about what water faucet to use when watering the gardt. Highly recommend!

Careful not to use the default settings if you have a septic system.
This is a good product and is functioning as advertised. NOTE: If you have a septic field and use this unit in conjunction with a water softener do not rely on the default settings as this could overwhelm your drain field. The default settings are: regenerate daily for 15 minutes. This will potentially use between 75 to 120 gallons of water. If your water softener regenerates on the same day and uses a similar amount of water you could potentially drain over 200 gallons of water into your tank. Couple this with washing machine, dishwasher, toilet and showers and baths you will overwhelm your tank(s) which will stir up the waste and propel solids into your drain field. I have hard water with iron and have it set on every 2 days and 10 minutes with good results and no iron in toilets or laundry.

A LIFE CHANGING EVENT
I never really leave reviews but this product is a life changer. When I moved to ohio 20yrs ago and purchase a home with a well its been a royal pain. I thought where I got it to be was as good as it gets. I just wish I purchased this product sooner. NO MORE ODER, NO MORE RUST. NO MORE STAINS, NO MORE DULL SOCKS.. I bet my new fixtures last long too. I can actually drink the water now. Just so you know, I did add some filters after my softner but the Iron Eater is the foundation to good water. Don't hesitate.. lastly, city water was going to cost $7000 now I can spend the savings elsewhere. ADMITTING YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IS THE FIRST STEP.... JUST ADD IT TO YOUR CART, CHECK OUT AND YOUR ON YOUR WAY TO A BETTER LIFE.... TRUST ME.. Dec 31st 2020 update: When I installed this A few months ago I back flushed my softner once that day but did not have two hoses so Installed it on the IRON EATER and ordered another for my softner. Well I unplugged the softner and still to this day have not back flushed the softner but since it's been 3 months I'm thinking of doing it today. Trust me I don't need to. My water is still crystal clear. No rust whatsoever. My toilet tank is still clean as the day my wife cleaned it. This used to be a scummy iron infestation. Our tub and showers are white as the day those were cleaned. The rust used to stain within days. I cannot believe the thing just works. Once again, don't live with the rust you deserve perfect water. lastly, my water was at 14ppm it still reads 0ppm at last test. THANK YOU DURAWATER. Feb 29 2023 update: LIFE IS GOOD. The Iron Eater is still eating away. No Problems or issues except one. The problem I have is I'm not used to going this long without having to replace faucets, a dishwasher or a washer. Everything is still rust free. If my experience and review DON'T PERSUADE YOU. Nothing will. If you think you have to live with rust.... YOU DON'T. RUST is the diseases, Durawater has the cure.

Does the job!
We use this for H2S in florida. It does the job for sure. Every morning we get a puff of odor until we run the faucet for a minute or two. But then all day it's almost completely odor free. It's an insanely good value compared to all the other solutions.

Don't think just click buy now!!!
I don't actively add reviews but I had been contemplating buying this for a while and glad I did so I wanted to write a review to encourage others to pull the trigger. I already have a fairly new softner in the and I did a remodel and replaced the entire house I have clean pipes. The softner was doing OK but we still had yellow ish water at times. I had the water tested and was told that the softener was removing 100% of my iron so I kind of let it go for a couple of weeks. I don't know what it is about this fall but my water got REAL yellow all of a sudden and I said F it im order this air injection filter, I would rather waste money trying than not trying at all. Overall it took about 3 hours to assemble and integrate into my water system. I let it sit for 24 hours with water in it as the instructions stated. I turned the system on the next day and the cold water was almost instantly clear. It took about 3 days for the hot water to clear up since it was constantly being mixed in in the hot water tank. I really freaking happy I decided to buy this!!!

It came early...
Awesome easy installation. Connected right where the old one was, just needed some minor adjustments. Any home owner with some experience can install it. After the initial fill and soak of the resin it runs great. Our iron in unnoticeable in our water now. Delivered early too. Highly recommended.

Works great!
Had a softener with a carbon filter, so much iron in the water still I had to clean the tub and toilet nearly daily I plumbed this filter before the softener and now my water is crystal clear! Been a month and zero trace of iron. I even took out my carbon filter as this filter took out the smell as well

Works... good value
Used this unit for a rental property with a major iron problem. Tested at 10 ppm. Water would turn orange over night in toilet bowls. Easy to install and works great. No more iron problem at a much lower cost than other water shops could provide. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that the instructions provided are poor. Read other reviews and watched the video and no issues. Thought the unit was initially showing me an error code, but turned out this wasn't the case (actually was showing me number of days before next recharge). Company was very friendly and resolved issue. My only suggestion is to update your documentation, even if it is just the link to the installation video as this would be an improvement. I would buy again.

Quick, easy and efficient.
Installed it today and so far Iโm very happy. Installation was easy and cost about $70 in clamps, hoses, elbows and in my case check valves. So far there is no trace of sulfur, no egg smell and water is the best quality we have had yet. Delivery was earlier than expected and in good shape. I highly recommend this.
