Canyon Rose Waffle Weave Long Spa Wrap, One Size, White

This is the second time I've purchased this wrap. I can't live without them. I actually have two. One that stays in my gym bag and one for home / travel. I am sick of trying to get a towel to stay up with all of my hair drying gyrations. THE GOOD I had my last one for three years. The velcro was still good (even after hot water and bleach every time, but it was a white one and so stained from make-up etc. that I was too embarrassed to be seen with it at the gym so I had to get a new one that wouldn't show how many times I wiped my hands on it. This one is a darker shade of brown than it looks in the picture. It is the color of a Hershey's milk chocolate bar. It's a nice color. I think better than the picture. It is made in the USA It doesn't shrink (or the shrinking is negligible) When you are wet, damp form the shower, it doesn't have a slimy feeling to it that some wraps have. It feels clean. Below are the measurements. It will flex to many sizes. The top band with elastic un-stretched is 33" with a 3" velcro strip. So this could be as small as 30" around your back. Fully stretched, it would be the same as the measurement on the bottom without the elastic which is 58". The length is 34" THE TRICKY There is another velcro strip about an inch that serves as a modesty closure further down the wrap. I am 5'8 and wish the velcro was a little further down. Instead it hits my belly button. I still have to be careful I don't walk around flashing everybody. I will probably add another piece.

Looked around for a lot of different types of aftershower wraps. This one is so comfortable. Sometimes I want to just wear it around the house to relax. I've resisted that urge. As I rapidly approach 30, I am sensitive to "getting old" and it could be a little too much like my grandmother's house dresses in that sense. It has a velcro patch at the top and a velcro patch on the seam(in the middle) once wrapped. I velcro it in front and then spin it around my body so the seam is at the side. It stays on when blow-drying, doing make-up, jumping jacks, you name it. No more accidental towel drops in the middle of my blow dry. For those of us not lucky enough to enjoy staring at their naked bodies in the mirror when getting ready for the day, this is the wrap for you. It is a medium weight fabric, not hot like terry cloth and not transparent paper thin like some other wraps. It gives complete coverage. I am 5'6" and it hits just above the knee. I have washed it once and it was fine, velcro patches were a tiny bit worn in the wash, but I think such is the life of velcro. For the price, it is a great deal!

I love this spa wrap - I want one too - this one's a gift for my mother and she loves it. She's 5'4" and it comes around 4" below her knees; she has a 38C bust and the wrap goes around nicely with room to spare; the rest of it wraps her with no jiggly bits exposed (she's a size 12). (I'd say that it'll wrap around a larger gals too.) The wrap is nicely stitched with no unfinished seams, and seems like it'll wear well. She hasn't washed/dried it yet but doesn't see a problem other than to wash in cold water, gentle cycle of course, and dry on low. It'll probably shrink up a little. She loves the waffly material too. I've got one that's terry but it's heavier; this one's lightweight and will fold up smaller for her to pack up for her vacation. About a foot down from the top is another Velcro closure and that's really handy to keep things properly hidden. Hope this helps.

I do love this and use it nearly every day. It's exactly what I was looking for to use when I'm coloring my hair (instead of my white robe!), but I like just throwing it on every morning while I do my makeup. It is quite a bit shorter on me than on the model shown. It shows halfway down her calves- on me it's right at my knee. I'm about 5'8"... so I'm tall, but not an Amazon. I thought models were at least 5'9"... so I was expecting it to run a little longer. (that's my only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5) I am quite large in the chest (and everywhere else for that matter!) but it easily encompasses me without pinching or cutting. I'm about 40E bra, and size 16- usually an XL. But the elastic is very stretchy and seems like it will do well on smaller women too. It has a nice additional closure partway down the slit. When I read the description saying there were 2 Velcro closures I was thinking that it would adjust the circumference, but the 2nd closure is actually down around the waist line so it's a very nice modesty feature making it very comfortable and wearable. It's also wonderfully light weight- but not flimsy. That waffle weave fabric. Not like the last one I had that was terry and quite heavy. I do love this and would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and easy cover up.

This is my second wrap I have purchased from Canyon Rose in approximately 5 years. It has lasted a long time for me…the Velcro still works…but 5 years later, I came back for this exact wrap. I still haven’t gotten rid of the old one. Love it!

I was wrapping a towel around myself during my post shower routine but got tired of it being too wet and/or falling off as I tried to do things, particularly when using the hair dryer or styling tools. I started looking for a sleeveless, lightweight wrap that would stay on and be OK on damp skin. I looked around and saw lots of thicker terrycloth wraps, often with straps, that were basically glorified towels. This item was perfect. The waffle weave is great since it's not bulky but is absorbent enough to be comfortable on damp skin. The elastic top and velcro closures work well, and I've had no issues with slippage. For reference, I'm a 38DDD and this wrap does provide coverage. I liked the first wrap so much I ordered a second one. They wash well, but note I don't do them in hot water and use a low heat dryer setting. I've particularly liked traveling with them as they are light and small when rolled or folded up - approximately the space you'd use on one t-shirt..

I like the idea of no straps and the weight of the fabric is nice. I didn't want a heavy terry. The elastic around the top makes it fit nicely but there is not enough fabric overlap for my liking. And, since the Velcro closure is only a small square it is not at all adjustable. I wear it in the morning to run around the house or fix breakfast for my family and I want to be modestly covered. This is not a great option for modesty.

Just received this Canyon Rose waffle-weave wrap in brown; color is as shown on this site. The wrap is well made and perfect for after showering, the spa, or as a beach cover-up. I really like the longer length which is hard to find. The wrap is modest; I put the velcro closure to the side, just where the armpit begins. The second closure falls a few inches beneath that. I'm a size 8-10 and it fits beautifully, but it may not work on a size smaller than a 4 or larger than 18. (A longer velcro strip would have been ideal for smaller chested women.) I liked this so much that I ordered the Canyon Rose Cloud 9 Plush Microfiber Spa Wrap in Chocolate Brown also from Amazon. I will review that once it's received. A special thanks to the reviewer who listed the measurements. I just love Amazon and find the reviews extremely helpful. It's my go-to purchase site.

Ordered two of these - very well made, nice fabric , light weight. Could have been a bit shorter but is fine. I am five ft. seven and goes to my knees. Overall happy with them.

This item is exactly what I was looking for, with the exception of the fibre content. I'm fairly certain that the Federal Trade Commission in the US has rules for disclosing fibre content of articles of clothing, but there is no tag on the item that says it's fibre content, nor is it listed on the packaging. The reason this matters to me is that I wanted a bath robe like this style in 100% cotton. Upon receiving this wrap it is clear that it is likely a poly/cotton blend. It will do for my purposes so I won't send it back, but for an item that has TWO Made in the USA tags sewn into it, I can't imagine why the manufacturer (or at least the Amazon listing) didn't label the fibre content. That being said, it is lightweight, and would likely fit anyone from size small to large. Seems comfortable, and although not very absorbent, as another reviewer commented (again due to fibre content), for the price it will suit me just fine. Edit: when I purchased this, the price was $21, and was eligible for prime so free shipping. I notice the price is now $42 with no prime, and I would certainly not pay that amount for it.

This is like tea towel material which for me is great as I'm always hot. This absorbs fine and is comfortable. I also like the velcro in the middle that keeps it closed. Length is great and size is very good - I'm a 2X and there's plenty of room. Very happy, good purchase.
