Why does it say it's vegetarian when it lists "oyster extract" as an ingredient? This should not use the word vegetarian on this product page.

Our Wok-Mei Oyster sauce is most certainly not vegetarian -- it contains oysters! We have no idea why Amazon has flagged it as such, but have opened a case to ask them to remove that. Good eyes - thank you for that.
