Are these true to size, ie if I'm normally a 7 is 7 a good fit?

I’m a 9 and the 9 fits well so I would think the 7 would be accurate.

They are wider than my usual size 8 shoes, but not very wide. I had some medical treatment last year which resulted in swollen ankles and feet, these were then certainly more comfortable than my usual shoes
