Small easy to swallow gel capsules
This product is great was told by my doctor to take for my thyroid, as she found out I have 3 quarter size nodes, I started taking it first 3 months straight and then stop for 3 months as we know Vitamin E can become toxic if taking for to long. But I'll be due to get another 3 months round and will be buying this product again, plus the gel capsule are small and easy to swallow.
