does this coat have a lining? Can it be made so it is reversible?

There is not a lining. I did, however, make it reversible with blizzard fleece. Plad on one side and solid on the other. I attempted to provide a photo... but it only allows a video.

Do if you wear a medium, you should go for size small! Or XS?
