I am definitely not a an expert and more a really inexperienced guy. It sounds really nice that it has 3 needles, and the the extras like the quick release plugs. But when it come to start painting I don’t know how handy the smaller .2 and .35 mm they really are? Mine came with the .35 mm on and it wasn’t complete fitted into the nozzle so it spit paint without pulling the trigger or course this is my bad for not checking those details. However once I pushed the needle inside the nozzle, the paint stopped flowing nicely and/or not enough to paint anything at all. I don’t know if that is the correct behavior because of the needle size or if the needle has a defect. Anyway what I did was to change the needle for the .5mm and now everything is ok, more paint, more control and mare enjoyable experience. (This is when having options comes handy) I use it mainly for primers and it works really fine. I don’t do detail work just plain area coverage as in tiny paint pistol for cars. But so far so good I can recommend it if you just want to paint something and you are a mess with brushes like me and want to see a smooth surface this a good option. For everything else I would follow other advices not mine. And since the cost is really low compared to other brands, you won’t feel sorry if it falls from your desk or if you have to experiment and broke it. I won’t say anything like “for the price it works” it is pretty dishonest and very discouraging comment for others that are new to this kind of tools and even if it is a cheap one there is effort behind it to be recognized as is, and if you are trying to experiment well this is a great option before spending hundreds of dollars in a different product. Besides that the cleaning is basically as complex any new tool, you have to get used to it and it will become easier with time. The usage is easy enough even if you don’t have great coordination for the 2 action trigger. And on my point of view it is a great beginners option to mess up with and get your hands dirty with your related hobby or soon to be profession. But beyond that is out of my league as you can see. I use this to paint my Kyosho Mini-z car bodies - with the no-name compressor, this airbrush works fantastic and is easy to clean. Very happy with it

I recently purchased the Master Airbrush Master Performance G233 Pro Set with 3 Nozzle Sets and overall, I am pleased with my purchase. The spray is great and the kit is very easy to use, making it ideal for beginners. However, I did encounter some issues when I received the kit. The airbrush was just flopping around in the case and I noticed that some of the parts were loose. When I first tried to use it out of the box, it did not perform well. After cleaning it and taking it apart to tighten everything up, it worked great. I would suggest that buyers take the time to ensure that all of the parts are securely tightened before using the airbrush. Additionally, I would recommend that the manufacturer include a little extra packing foam to prevent the airbrush from popping out of the cutout in the case during shipping. Overall, I would give this product a 4-star rating. While the airbrush is easy to use and performs well once it is set up properly, the loose parts and lack of packing foam in the case are issues that should be addressed by the manufacturer. If you are willing to take the time to ensure that the airbrush is set up properly, then this kit is a great investment for any beginner.

Updated 05/18/2020 Okay so I gave this product a 2/5 stars previously and I'll admit I had no f-in clue what I was talking about before. For around $30 this is an amazing air brush. The features this thing has typically run around $150-$300 for brands like Iwata and Harder & Steenbeck. With that being said I've only ever used MASTER airbrush's and their compressor which I got from an airbrush/compressor combo they sell for around $120. If you were to buy the Iwata HP-CS and an Iwata air compressor you'd be looking at around $300 to start. My issues I had mentioned previously were just me being a noob. Whenever I use my airbrush I usually only use either Tamiya, Alclad, and/or Gaia paints. My secret weapon however is Mr Hobby's Leveling Thinner. They say to thin your paints until it's the consistency of milk (wtf does that even mean?) My advice is to use 1 part paint to 3 parts leveling thinner. As long as the paint sloshes around is the paint cup with ease while doing a back flush you'll have no issues what so ever while painting. If you're filling you paint but in the airbrush more than halfway full, you'll want to add a few drops here and there of that leveling thinner. After a while even with the paint cap on, the paint will begin to thicken in the cup. So like I said just add a few drops into the cup every so often. I give this brush 5/5 stars now. Easy to use, has all those expensive features other top brands have at a ridiculously low price. This airbrush is so inexpensive that if anything goes wrong with it I have the peace of mind that it doesn't cost that much to replace. I've included a few pictures of Gunpla's I've used this exact airbrush with. I was pretty excited with how this airbrush worked at first. I questioned why this didn't have higher reviews. It was easy to use and would have been great if it was built better. However, this is not the case. You'll be buying complete junk that looks nice and has features you only see with airbrushs that cost +$100. When trying to change the tip size the nozzle guide broke extremely easily and I was unable to change to either of the other tip sizes from what I believe to be stripped treads on the main housing that can't be fixed since it's well... affixed. I'm buying the Iwata HP-CS. Same features as this brush except more expensive but better built.

I have had issues with Master G444 airbrushes, so I was very hesitant to try this one, but didn't see many better options out there that weren't five times the cost, so I opted to go with the Master G233 kit. Due to my issues with the G444 kits I checked every nozzle and needle configuration included. I have to say that so far I have been very pleased with this kit, the quality is great, action is smooth, cleans up as easy as most airbrushes and the option to have .2 or .5 mm nozzles is great for detail vs coverage applications. I'm not sure that I will use the .3 mm nozzle often, but I did verify that it works fine. The picture I attached was painted with this airbrush aside from the fine details and touch up work. I intend to buy at least one more of these so that I can have one setup with the .2mm configuration and another with the .5 configuration. Bottom line, this is the best airbrush I have purchased for this price, and I am very satisfied with the performance. If that changes I will update this review.

What I thought was a defective airbrush hose was user error. This is a solid airbrush, can't wait to see what this can really do as I keep going down this road of airbrushing.

I've been using this airbrush for a while. I powered through using thing on-and-off for two years. No matter what I did, I could not make it perform well at all. I am finally giving up and throwing this thing in the trash as there is no point in keeping it around anymore. I own an Iwata HP-CS as my main airbrush and I wanted a second airbrush, mainly one with a 0.5mm nozzle, to use for my priming and varnishing. I settled on this one because it was cheap and I wasn't looking for precision or anything. First thing I noticed was that the fluid cup looked like somebody took rough sandpaper to it and scuffed the entire thing. Honestly, I was actually shocked that the inside of this airbrush looked like somebody filled it with gravel and shook it for weeks on end... but I figured "Whatever, it's just the fluid cup... who cares?" Well, it kept getting worse. I took the front end of the airbrush off to swap out the nozzle for the 0.5mm one, and then I noticed that the threads on the nozzle were damaged. It looked like somebody accidentally dropped something on the threads and flattened it so not only were two opposite sides nearly parallel, but it had more of an oval shape. I tried to very gently screw it on the airbrush anyway just to see what would happen, and the threads actually snapped off of the nozzle rendering it unusable. I then thought "Okay, fine... that's INCREDIBLY aggravating... but let's see how the airbrush performs with just the 0.3mm nozzle". I then loaded the airbrush with some water to test it out. Moving the needle back and forth was CRINGE-inducing; it felt rough and scratchy. It did not feel smooth at all. And the next thing I noticed was that the trigger loves to stick; I don't know if it was the trigger, the scratchy needle, or the spring... but the needle needed to be convinced to move forward once you drew it back. And lastly, once I got past all of that, I then found out that the airbrush only sprayed at two "sweet spots". For conversation's sake, let's say it would ONLY spray at 40% and 70%, i.e., the two sweet spots. If I brought the trigger back to 35% or 45%... nothing. If I drew the trigger back to 65% or 75%... nothing. If I drew the trigger back to 40% or 70% exactly? It would spray... but ONLY sometimes! Yep, the airbrush has to keep me on my toes. Sometimes it would spray for a few seconds then just STOP anyway, even at the sweet spot. Whenever that started to happen, it would only spray if I jiggled the trigger back and forth (like from 35% to 45% or vice versa) and only in that tenth of a second where I was passing over the sweet spot. I honestly can't fathom what has to be wrong internally for this phenomenon to occur. It was ridiculous that I had to deal with any of that during my time owning this thing. I knew that when I spent $40, I was going to get a lower-quality airbrush, but this thing was made by the devil itself. Honestly, I rarely write reviews but this time I feel like I am compelled to. I don't know if I either got a refurbished airbrush or if that was just their normal run-of-the-mill airbrushes... but in either case, both of those are still bad cases and there is no excuse for such poor quality. The only good thing I can say about this is that they included a quick-release adapter... but that's about it.

Excellent little airbrush! It does very fine details and can let out enough paint to shade or cover larger areas also. This isn't a spray gun, so don't expect to paint whole panels with it. But it works well for a wide range of airbrush work. It's very easy to clean, but make sure you do clean it very well. It has a tendency for the needle to stick in its seat after sitting unused for a day or two. I've done some very detailed work with this little airbrush. It surprises me how uniform and consistent it is for the price. Excellent starter brush for beginners. It won't give you a hard time like some of the other cheap ones out there. Update: I noticed paint was starting to come out in chunks. I thought maybe it was the paint. I tried reducing further and even filtering the paint. While cleaning the airbrush I noticed that air is leaking from where the nozzle cap touches the airbrush body, while the trigger is depressed. There is no o ring that goes in between the two. (I checked a parts diagram). I don't know what caused it to just start leaking out of the blue like that, but the air getting through there is causing the paint to get chunky before it can come out of the tip. Very irritating! I put some Teflon tape on the threads. Not an easy feat for such small threads! It worked great for about an hour and then somehow strayed leaking again. When this thing works, it works great. But when it goes bad....

After more than 20 years away from scale modeling, I finally decided to return to the hobby — and investing in a good airbrush was the best decision I made. The airbrush is absolutely awesome. The control and smoothness of the spray make a huge difference compared to traditional brush painting. It delivers fine lines, soft camo patterns, and even coats with impressive precision. The paint flow is consistent, easy to adjust, and cleaning is much simpler than I expected. What really amazed me is how much airbrushing has improved over the years. The trigger response is smooth, atomization is excellent, and it makes detailed work so much more enjoyable and professional-looking. Whether I’m doing base coats, shading, or weathering, the results are clean and satisfying. Coming back to scale modeling after two decades, this airbrush has completely reignited my passion for the hobby. It makes the whole process more relaxing, creative, and rewarding. Highly recommended for anyone returning to modeling — or even beginners who want to start strong.

Would highly reccomend, easy to use and the control is excellent. Cant go wrong with it. Cant fault it at all!
