I love this set. Has great colors that can be used solo or mixed to make more colors. They come sealed and you have to take off the caps, remove the seal, then put the caps back on. But the cap is great. It's flip top. You just squeeze the color out. And when close, it keeps the coloring from drying out. I had the W brand that came in tubs with screw caps. Those got messy, and you have to dip a spoon or a toothpick into the tub to get the product out. With how infrequently I bake and need coloring, I feel like I'm contaminating the coloring that way. If you're used to the W brand, the consistency of these colors are slightly thinner compared to the thicker almost pasty consistency of the W brand. Mixes a little easier. Color pay-off and quality of color is similar. A little goes a long way. You can make any shade of a color from pastel to very vibrant depending on how much coloring you add. It doesn't wet down your batter. I use for baking, icing, frosting, macarons... and for kids crafts like home made play dough and slime. I had the W brand set for years until they completely dried out. I hope this set lasts at least as long.
