Handy pancake mix
This pancake mix was easy to use to make pancakes. The instructions on the back were easy to follow and the results seemed to hit the spot in our family. Tasted good, but I mean you'd really have to mess up to make a bad pancake. I thought they were fluffy and tasty, so a reasonably good quality for the money.

Great for chicken!
This Old School Brand Buttermilk Pancake Mix is awesome! I love it! It makes great pancakes and waffles, but I like using it for making fried chicken! I get my fryer chicken and give it a milk and egg bath, then shake it in my seasonings, then I dip it in the pancake batter and then roll it in crushed corn flakes, then I either fry it, or deep fry it. It comes out so good!!!
