A "thinking of you" gift for my mother-in-law: Reber Mozart Dark Schokolade. It is one of her favorites, besides Tallinn's Kalev Chocolate for heartfelt reasons. She said that she would save Mozart Schokolade for a special day. And it is today, Mozart's Birthday, a perfect day to enjoy. {Happy Birthday, Mozart!} My mother-in-law is a pianist and piano teacher, so she is definitely celebrating this fine occasion. What makes Mozart chocolate so delicious is the pistachio marzipan, almonds and the creamy truffle layered in bitter sweet chocolate. It is a Chocolate Lover's Dream!

Pack of 2 Reber Bars - Never buying again

Was purchased as a double pack. Received and immediately removed from packing box. Opened the first one. It had clearly been exposed to heat somewhere along the process, which badly discolors and makes the chocolate inedible/bitter. Broken pieces inside the gold foil wrap fell out onto the floor when I opened it. These bars are supposed to be a fully intact and you break the pieces off to eat. The second bar was not damaged - a piece was taste-tested. However, overall would never buy these again. The taste is not the Reber bars I have enjoyed for decades.

My husband loved this

I didn't realize it was a pistachio marzipan when I bought it (although I speak German, so I should have) but my husband loved it more than regular marzipan, so I think it was a win! Would definitely recommend.

Expensive but very good chocolate bar.

I like this but can't order it too often. It doesn't last long enough and if marzipan is your thing then you could be disappointed. It's quite good but minimal. However, once in a while it's a treat worth having. Of course if you don't mind the price of a chocolate bar then it matters not.
