Worked on my Kobalt and I bet they can be attached to other brands as well
Before I purchased these I read lots of reviews and all of them talked about installing them on Dewalt miter saws. I watched a video on YouTube of a guy relocating them on his Dewalt miter saw so he could use them on larger crown moldings. I decided I could do the same thing on my newly acquired Kobalt miter saw. I received these yesterday went to Lowe’s and purchased a combination drill bit and thread cutter (tap) 8mm bit with a thread cutter tap of 1.25. I marked the location on the edge of the saw making sure that it would not interfere with any of the workings under the saw. I drilled a small pilot hole on each side and then went after it with the 8mm drill bit. I then cut the new threads. The hand tightening wing bolts that come with the crown stop brackets worked perfectly in the new threaded bolts. The kobalt saw has a slight offset in edges that wouldn’t allow the tightening wing bolt to fully tighten against the brackets. One more trip back to Lowe’s and the purchase of two 8mm 1.25 nuts and some 8mm flat washers solved the issue. I installed two nuts on each of the winged bolts along with a washer and it got me past the offset and secured the brackets to the saw. The brackets are well made and very sturdy you won’t be disappointed.

Well worth the price
If you're interested in cutting molding, this can be an excellent accessory to make sure your pieces are held firmly in the position you set them during the cutting operation. My saw is a DEWALT DWS715 and these DEWALT Miter Saw Crown Stops (DW7084) were easy to install and were a perfect fit. I postponed buying for a while until I caught them on sale for Christmas, but after using them for a project, I recommend getting them when you need them, even if at full price, because one botched piece of cut trim will cost more than the price difference and maybe more than the total cost of this set. 5* and highly recommended.

Works well!
Works well in general. The quality is heavy duty and should last a long time. Installation is easy but I deducted a star because you really need to add some type of extension to work with smaller pieces of material.

This is the easiest way to cut crown
I have a DeWalt 780 miter saw, and of course these fit perfectly. One wing-nutted bolt into an already drilled and tapped hole on each side of your saw installs the stops. They come off easily when you’re done, and I store ‘em in the box they shipped in. These are made of very thick metal. It’s not possible to bend them without a vise and a hammer, so don’t worry about dropping them. I've seen a lot of interesting jigs to set up your saw to cut crown molding, and some work well. But every one of them has drawbacks. They either take a lot of time to set up for what you're cutting, or uses a pile of other scrap wood, or is very complex thing that takes a lot of thought. Which way am I cutting, how do I set the saw, do I lay down the molding or keep it at an angle, etc. Cutting crown is a giant pain in the you-know-what, and generally too complex for the DIY-er. But this super simple set of guides makes all of that go away. You put one of these at each end of the saw, and a simple wing nut lets you quickly adjust for your molding. You just set it on the saw as if it were tucked into the corner of your wall and ceiling, and these little babies hold the molding at the right angle. No compound angles needed, and you can more easily visualize the cuts. Pros + Makes cutting crown as simple as regular molding. + Less expensive than most crown jigs, and far less complicated. + Very small, can pack them anywhere. + Super sturdy, will never break. + Can use for any size crown. Cons - None.

Fitting to Delta 36-255L miter saw
I have a Delta 36-255L 12" compound miter saw and it has no holes for these crown stops. Delta doesn't offer them for the unit so I thought I'd try to make them fit. I used a 1.5" wide bit of steel and screwed them to the left wing of the saw. Countersunk the screwheads so stop would slide by heads. They seem to be very nice quality and heavy duty and hopefully will let me make accurate cuts as I've been wasting crown using other peoples DIY jigs.

Fits Ryobi TSS103T
Good quality and good build. It fits a Ryobi 10" TSS103T model. I did turn the clip nut around so that the longer part connects with the screw when the crown tool is attached. You will have to hold the clip nut as the screw tightens. It did turn on me so I held it while I tightened it. Or, you can use a wing nut or other nut to tighten instead of using the clip nut.
