You wouldn't even know there is licorice in it if you didn't read the box (or this review). While drinking my first cup, my head felt clearer and my nose stopped running and being congested and my breath was normal. Within 5 minutes of finishing the cup, my whole body felt tired and my nose started running again and my breath was back to being ragged due to congestion. Can't wait to try the others, sleep, refresh, radiate beauty....and whatever other ones in this grouping.

Good for asthma
I bought this tea since it's good for breathing and increasing air flow to the air ways. I feel it helps with my asthma because it relaxes muscles from irritants that trigger asthma. Great tea for colds too. It helps with nasal allergies as well. This is now a staple at my house and would strongly recommend this for others who have asthma since you do feel the difference.

Those tea is yummy and so good! I was taking care of my sick nephew and drank this the entire time and I didn’t get sick. Not saying this is why but it definitely helped.
