These are far far better than I expected! I actually prefer them over the STIHL ones for ease of putting on. Same great protection as the Stihl ones and a little less coin 😊 Terrific value and very much needed!

First pair of chainsaw chaps. Only used for one day but they seam to be heavy duty and well made. I have worn motorcycle chaps before so some experience with the idea. Adjusting the belt was a bit tedious but one you get it tightened up they fit nice. Easy zippered bottoms. I’m 5”8 with 30 inch inseam and was able to get them at the right length. Instructions say hand wash probably because machine wash would degrade protective material. Fairly comfortable started out at about 60 degrees when it got above 75 began to get a bit warm. Hopefully I’ll never have to put them to the protection test. I’m 65 now and reflexes aren’t what they used to be.

They fit just as described , first time I have ever used them but I wish I had bought some long ago. Well got them now and I will use the heck out of them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I love these--they are easier to put and and off than the buckle ones BUT they are way too long in the shortest size.

Excellent Quality! There is some weight to them, but that is because they are built to protect you. They are not flimsy! I am over 70 and have no problem slipping into them and getting to work. I would purchase these again.

After a near mishap, I decided to purchase these. They are easy to get into, stay put, and haven't been necessary in preventing injury because they make me more safety conscious. They can get pretty warm, but better sweaty than injured.

12 hours of felling, limbing and bucking tornado damaged trees in one day! I lost count how many times these chaps saved me from wood leaving bruises on my legs. Also, saved my Carharts from getting totally messed up, which would have ruined wife's washer! Hopefully I never have to find out if they are chainsaw blade proof! Overall, best value in chaps on Amazon.

well, I did test them out accidently, these stopped the blade instantly with only a couple scuffs on the chaps. these are a bit warm for hot weather but fall and winter weather they will be awesome. great in brush. I don't know how I cut all those years without a pair. I would highly recommend these. as you get older or tired and push yourself you get a bit clumsy. these are worth it. I cut my leg the week before, thankfully not too bad. thats why i got these. Don't wait till you get hurt to buy a pair.

Feel light weight, unfortunately no pocket for a wedge. Should be good

good product but heavy and you will sweat when using inspring or early autumn

This product is well made. I like the easy donning and doffing with the zippered leg bottoms, and straps. The material is thick, once adjusted it fits quite comfortably. The leg straps could come with more adjustments for a tighter fit around the legs, but other than that I’m pleased with this product.👍
