I purchased this product for my son who likes to 'crack' his back. This is excellent for that - giving him the release. This roller is VERY hard, dont expect any give in it.

They are too short, I may have selected the wrong length but buy only the 36”

The foam roller is definitely firm if you want something with a little bit of give I wouldn’t recommend getting this but for me it’s perfect it works great for the exercises I need to do I am 260 pounds so for it to be able to hold up and be super firm for me is a plus I really Like the sturdiness and the quality of this product. I can’t remember if they make a larger roller but for me I should’ve gone with something a little bigger. This size works but being a big guy it’s a little small

Works perfect. Not entirely sure how durability. Realize that is the complaint made by some. Time will tell. LOVE the price though. And thought if I need a new one after a year, because I USE this one SOOO much, I'll buy a new one when the time comes IF I NEED it. But for this price. this one is WORTH a shot. Perfect for beginners. And if like me, you are not sure if you will stick with is...you know it's good for you, recommended, but just like many work out type things they get thrown to the way side. SO why not start cheap with a PERFECTLY good one, and work your way up if it becomes a favorite in like 3 years if this one goes! BUY it! Try it out! It's prefect to just try out. As recommended by my chiropractor. I'm having major lower back pain and going in 2 times a week currently. I'm hoping this will help stretch it out daily, if I do my exercises and begin loosening the muscles. I can tell it's working already. AS long as I actually do it. So it's reliant upon me. Not the item. Item is good quality. Not high end. But is guaranteed for a year. I got the 6" 18" one and thats good enough for me at $11. No complaints here! :)
