Poor customer service
was not the size they said it was , at least 2 to 3 sizes to small, complained about giving me a refund - just our right RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Better than expected
It came all the way from Turkey, but a few days earlier than expected. This is advertised as a thin bag, hence I did not expect it to be heavily padded. However, there is still some (minimal) padding to it. I am pleased, since it gets the job done for storing or moving around my darbouka and for being decently made.
