Told by chiro to use a bottle 4 times per year to help cleanse liver. I always use one prior to dieting and have great success. Gave to my boss to try and he has lost 28 so far. I'm not saying it will make you lose weight by itself but if your liver is cleansed prior to dieting it is a definite help.
